New extension at Villa Källhagen Stockholm 2025
During the winter of 2025, FL Construction has been given the honorable assignment to build an exclusive extension to the historic Villa Källhagen – a beautiful orangery that will merge the historic charm of the place with modern functionality and design. The project includes a complete undertaking with both structural erection and interior and exterior work. The orangery has been designed with large glass areas and vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and inviting environment all year round. The extension has been carefully planned to harmonize with Villa Källhagen's existing architecture and natural surroundings, located next to Djurgården's greenery and water mirrors. With our extensive experience in quality construction and custom-made solutions, we look forward to helping to enhance Villa Källhagen's overall experience – for guests, visitors and future events.
Store renovation Smultronet Stockholm 2022
In 2022, FL Construction was commissioned to carry out a complete renovation of the well-known children's clothing store Smultronet in Djursholm, based on drawings from the creative architectural firm DAP. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, details and a sense of material, we carried out a careful transformation where the architects' vision was brought to life. The interior was designed and built entirely according to the store's unique needs, with custom-made solutions that combine functionality with a playful and stylish expression. The result was a modern and inspiring store environment that both children and adults enjoy - a project we are proud to have carried out together with DAP and Smultronet's committed team.
APC store renovation Illum Copenhagen 2024
FL Construction was entrusted with the major task of renovating the APC store at Illum in Copenhagen, one of the most iconic department stores in the city. The renovation, which was carried out in 2024, was part of APC’s strategy to create a more exclusive and inviting store environment that reflects the brand’s minimalist and stylish aesthetic. The renovation of APC’s store in Illum was a challenge on several levels. In addition to preserving the brand’s character and style, it was also important to create a modern and functional store that would attract both new and returning customers. The timeframe was tight, and our team at FL Construction worked purposefully to deliver a result of the highest quality on time.
Store renovation Sneakersnstuff Stockholm 2021
In 2021, FL Construction was entrusted with the great task of renovating the Sneakersnstuff store on Åsögatan in Stockholm, one of the most well-known sneaker stores in the world. We were honored to be part of this exciting project and deliver a modern and functional store environment that not only reflects the brand’s exclusivity, but also creates an optimal shopping experience for customers. The renovation was a challenge in several ways, not least because it had to be completed within a tight timeframe. Our team at FL Construction only had 9 days to complete an extensive renovation of the store premises, where every detail needed to be planned and implemented with precision and accuracy. Despite the time constraints, we managed to deliver a result of the highest quality, which was a testament to our commitment and expertise in store renovations.
